Not leftovers in any way this way. It was a bank holiday weekend so I thought I'd take some extra time and make something a bit special for this week's cake.
I saw this recipe when I was going through some old copies of Good Food magazine so I thought I'd give it a go. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find lactose-free versions of all the ingredients so I can't have any but I'm hoping my colleagues will enjoy it.
I have a picture of the uncut cake, I'm intrigued to find out how zebra like the inside looks!
